Shannon is an Associate Attorney at Johnson & Monteleone, LLP, and practices law related to civil litigation, commercial/contractual disputes, personal injury, medical malpractice, business formation, and estate planning.

Shannon is an Idaho native and graduated with a bachelor's degree from Boise State University before receiving her Juris doctorate from Concordia University of Law in 2016. Shannon has been in the legal field for over 13 years, starting as a paralegal in 2007 and continuing to work as a paralegal until her third year of law school when she was admitted to the Idaho State Bar as a limited licensed attorney, and ultimately became a fully licensed attorney upon her passage of the Idaho State Bar examination in February 2017.

In June 2019, Shannon was selected to serve on the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act's Citizen Review Panel for the Fourth District of Idaho; Shannon continues to serve on this panel to effectuate legislative policies that better protect Idaho's at-risk youth.
